Refund policy

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are charged when you place your order. Each product page shows when it is expected to ship. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships — just email us with your order number.

If a ship date moves, we'll email you the new date, and you can choose to keep your order or cancel it for a full refund.

Damaged or misprinted items

Every book and calendar is printed to order. If yours arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

Other returns

Because each item is printed for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind once an order has shipped.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
